How much do scratches devalue a Gold Coin?
I recently bought a 1 ounce Maple Leaf gold coin 9999 pur. Since buying it I have discovered a few scratches (relatively small) on the coin. I am wondering if that has the potential to devalue my coin and if so how much? Also I am curious what is the melt value of a One Ounce gold coin? Is it equal to the spot price of Gold?
